My Story

Hi, I'm Aimee, a Product Designer based in SF Bay Area. Before I transitioned into digital product design, I spent 8 years in financial service, where I led digital transformation projects that improved workflow efficiency and empowered internal teams to achieve faster service turnaround times through carefully designed tools. These experiences taught me to listen deeply and think cross-functionally when solving real business problems.

In recent years, I've pivoted into user experience design to get closer to my customers and create intuitive digital experiences for every interaction. I bring together human-centered design and product thinking to uncover user pain points, align them with business goals, and deliver scalable, impactful outcomes.
