What inspired your transition into UX design?

My interest in experience design grew from firsthand experience at Sun Life, where I led cross-functional projects during a period of major digital transformation. Seeing how thoughtful digital solutions streamlined workflows and empowered our teams to deliver faster services made me want to be on the creative side of problem-solving.
